1) Contact BY YOUR SIDE at 630-590-5571 to schedule a FREE programming evaluation for your child.
2) A licensed therapist will conduct the comprehensive evaluation and, along with the parent/guardian, will determine the best programming schedule.
3) BY YOUR SIDE, in conjuction with the parent/guardian, will contact respective insurance provider to understand benefits and eligibility.
4) Parent receives the results of the evaluation, the enrollment package and a therapy schedule to review and approve.
